Returns are received by Gift Philosophy within 7 calendar days of the shipping date.

1. Perishable and consumable goods cannot be returned or exchanged, including all foodstuffs, flowers, plants and perfumes.
2. Clothing will only be exchanged if unworn, in the original packaging and original tags still in place.
3. All exchanges must be returned in the original packaging.
4. If any product is defective, Gift Philosophy will replace with the same product as the original gift.
5. Incorrectly supplied products will be corrected and re-shipped by Gift Philosophy.
6. Defective products returned after 7 calendar days will be returned to the respective suppliers and will become subject to the manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties.
7. No cash refunds will be given.
